During my stay, the air conditioner was quite dusty, which raised my allergies. Also, the kitchen utensils were insufficient for proper meals, lacking proper dishes for lunch or dinner. Lastly, the toiletries were lacking essential items like toothbrushes and toothpaste, which was a bit disappointing.

Great flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. No pets allowed was a bummer.

Ope! The whole 7-day stay felt like home with spacious family room and a full kitchen—perfect for making breakfast before our outings. That deep soaking tub really hit the spot after all that exploring. Only hiccup was no daily room cleaning, but that’s fine for a service apartment. Love bein' close to the subway!

the location was decent, although I had to deal with squished trains every morning. the room cleaning, or lack thereof, really made it hard to enjoy my stay. I half expected complimentary goodies upon arrival, but nothing. I almost felt like leaving a good review but just couldn’t, honestly, what a disappointment!

Had a great 5-night stay in the family room! Spacious, clean, and the kitchen made cooking easy. It’s a bit out of the main attractions, but the subway is just a short walk away. One downside was the air conditioning could use a cleaning.

Check-in process left a lot to be desired!!! The foul odor from the sink lingered the whole stay. Daily cleaning should definitely be considered, especially for longer stays!!!
